MAINCODE took part in RigenerAzioni, an event dedicated to re-thinking and re-generating spaces for the future, held on 22 November at Teatro Belloc in San Giorgio Canavese. The programme focused on climate adaptation, urban green strategies, civic participation, and concrete actions for community well-being. Contributions included presentations on urban climate shelters, greener and safer streets, and the social impact of urban and territorial regeneration. MAINCODE contributed to the discussion by highlighting the regenerative potential of urban climate shelters as key instruments for fostering more resilient and inclusive cities.
MAINCODE has been funded by the Ministero dell’Università e della Ricerca (MUR), the Innovation Fund of Denmark (IFD), and General Secretariat for Research and Innovation (GSRI) under the Driving Urban Transitions Partnership which has been co-funded by the European Commission. MAINCODE runs from 2025 to 2027
