On 24 November 2025, MAINCODE was presented at the event “Progettare per e con le comunità locali – Approcci integrati per la mobilità e la rigenerazione urbana” in Turin. Ombretta Caldarice introduced the project through the talk “La trasformazione degli spazi pubblici residuali in rifugi climatici,” showing how underused public spaces can be redesigned as climate shelters. The event, organised by Politecnico di Torino and Regione Piemonte, gathered municipalities and experts to discuss integrated approaches to sustainable mobility and urban regeneration.
