Our team consists of a group of dedicated MAINCODErs with strong interdisciplinary profiles, combining a wide range of expertise and fostering cross-sectoral collaboration. This diversity allows us to approach complex challenges from multiple perspectives. The team brings backgrounds in climate and social vulnerability analysis, spatial planning and multilevel governance, participatory methods and co-design techniques, and planning and design with NbS and ecosystem approaches. Beyond individual expertise, the team is committed to active collaboration and knowledge sharing. We regularly engage in workshops and meetings that promote the exchange of ideas and foster creativity. MAINCODE collaborative spirit contributes to strengthening outcomes and building a vibrant community.
