On 29 October 2025, MAINCODE held the first co-design meeting with teachers from Carlo Levi Primary School in Turin. The session focused on identifying teachers’ expectations, outlining the project roadmap, and defining the scope of future activities related to the creation of climate shelters in the school’s outdoor spaces. The co-design phase, organised and facilitated by Urban Lab, marks the beginning of a collaborative process fostering dialogue and creative exchange among participants.
MAINCODE has been funded by the Ministero dell’Università e della Ricerca (MUR), the Innovation Fund of Denmark (IFD), and General Secretariat for Research and Innovation (GSRI) under the Driving Urban Transitions Partnership which has been co-funded by the European Commission. MAINCODE runs from 2025 to 2027
