On the 23rd of April, MAINCODE organises a co-design workshop titled “Do You Know What a Climate Shelter Is?” with the stakeholders in the neighbourhood around the Carlo Levi Primary School in Turin. The workshop focuses on introducing the concept of climate shelters and presenting the ongoing pilot project in the schoolyard of Carlo Levi Primary School. The session presents international examples of climate shelters in schoolyards together with the interactive game “Mission Climate Shelter”, allowing participants to explore climate adaptation strategies and climate shelters through hands-on experience. The workshop concludes with an open discussion and question-and-answer session, where stakeholders share their thoughts and questions regarding the pilot project at Carlo Levi Primary School.
