MAINCODE contributes to the new DUT Knowledge Hub Best Practices brief, How to Assess Circularity in the Urban Built Environment, which presents nineteen recommendations for architects, engineers, sustainability consultants, and other urban development professionals on applying circularity assessment frameworks and indicators in practice. Developed through the collaboration of several Driving Urban Transitions (DUT) Partnership projects, the brief emphasises the importance of embedding circularity indicators into planning, investment, and decision-making processes to support the transition towards more circular, resilient, and sustainable urban systems. Within the brief, MAINCODE contributes its expertise in collaborative urban innovation and sustainable urban development to advance practical approaches for assessing circularity in the built environment.
